This basic attitude is directly expressed in our services
portfolio, which begins at the problem definition and the draft
design. We have proven tools and methods available to have this
step pass as efficiently as possible. Think, for example, of
stock management tools and templates for logistic screening.
Planning Services
As specialists in spare parts planning, we manage inventories
for companies on the basis of service level agreements with
challenging targets. In this way, companies are guaranteed to
have spare parts planning capacity at the highest level. At the
start, we are willing to overtake (part of) the current planning
capacity. We not only take responsibility of inventory
management, we are responsible for employees as well. This could
eventually be extended to control of logistic service providers,
combined warehousing and transport and, if desired, central
purchasing.
